On Aug 2.2024 I had an appointment at noon.The office was crowded,,so I waited about 45 minutes then decided to reschedule. I left and by the time I got home there was a voicemail from the doctor office. A technician by the name of Joel Olivo left me the most heartfelt apology about the long wait time . I am 66yrs old and I never had a doctors office apologize for making me wait.
