I discovered floaters in my left eye, and my ophthalmologist’s office recommended I see this retina specialist directly. I can’t say enough. After I left a detailed message and text, Jose at the front desk got back to me within minutes. He accommodated my schedule, and gave me the earliest appointment he could muster. On that date, it turned out that I had a tear in the retina which required laser surgery which was done that day. Though I had a long wait, Dr. Feistmann was more than apologetic, but I also saw that he was with another patient who required far more urgent care, so I was fine with it. All in all, utterly professional and caring.
