Dr Feistmann is a rare breed of Doctor who does whatever is needed, whenever it is needed, to help his patients. His direct communication is on point, but not overbearing or insensitive… and his team shares the same dedication to the patient as he does. He is a true ‘old school’ Doctor.
I found him when I lost some of the sight in my right eye. I didn’t think it was too serious, as it had happened before, and always corrected itself quickly. But as it turned out, is was a result of 2 tears in my retina. With a same-day appointment and diagnosis, the severity of my situation became apparent. Dr Feistmann and his team immediately made room for me and my operation, without any wait in scheduling, that same day…because it was needed. The successful operation took place at 10pm on a Saturday night!!! Who does that? And the follow up was 5pm on Sunday!!
I am so fortunate that I found him and that he had the patience and intuition to not only diagnosis my situation, but also fix it…on the spot. This review is the least I can do to show my appreciation for what he has done for me. I cannot thank Dr Feistmann and his team enough!
