I am so pleased we went to this office. I cannot thank them all enough. Dr. Feistmann and the staff are AMAZING! From the minute we walked into the Forest Hills office they made everything so easy for my mother, demonstrating how efficient and caring they all are. Dr. Feistmann was excellent, he quickly diagnosed the problem then set a treatment plan in motion. He was so knowledgeable, comforting, he answered all the questions she had and assured my mom that she’d be taken care of. The office is super clean with new equipment and technology throughout and it’s conveniently located near the train and bus- literally right out front.
I also want to personally thank Michelle F., Director of Physician and Patient Engagement, who took care of all the details like paperwork for work, setting up the medical clearance, and transportation to and from surgery. Michelle is so nice, personable and organized, talking to her is like talking to a friend. She really cares about the patients’ needs and goes above and beyond to make sure you feel important and the details are handled. My mother will absolutely continue to come here, and I would gladly recommend Dr. Feistmann.
